Frank worked for 16 years on Capitol Hill in various capacities and he was a speechwriter to a member of Congress in the House Leadership, appointed floor staff of the United States Senate in 1995, aide to Governor of his home state of Maryland, fundraiser for a national political organization and worked as a volunteer in the Presidential Correspondence office. He always viewed people more important than political parties.
